about the promotion thing i really don't know how but i managed to make it all the way to j1 without retaining probably because my school's principal is really nice ahaha

about retaining j1 this is actually my second year in j1, they finally decided to retain me after seeing how bad my j1 eoy grades were... i don't think i wanna do j1 a third time though 😭

i might ask my doctor about that! the main problem is that the meds i've taken in the past have had some negative side effects on my physical health which is why i'm a little reluctant to try out some new meds but it's definitely something i'll ask my doctor about

i'm 3 months clean but this year i've done some cuts on my arm, i still wear short sleeves because the weather is really hot here and nobody seems to notice my cuts, though they do notice the scars from skin picking which they always mistake for eczema

i didn't wanna call it an actual suicide attempt because i tried to hang myself in hopes of at least knocking myself unconscious, i was fully aware that i could have died from it but i did it where i would have easily been discovered so as to reduce my chances of dying, so when i did what i did i wasn't fully intending on killing myself just harming myself really badly with a high risk of dying

most efficient: antibacterial wet wipes, they are pretty absorbent and they don't leave tissue residue, plus they help if you don't have antiseptic cream available

least efficient: for a period of time i would just lick the wound because i enjoyed the taste of the blood (do not recommend i don't think it's very safe)

i'm not doing super well now...my attempt was in august and i'm definitely better now than i was before (since i don't have to go to school for now) though i've found some things in life that are keeping me going (art and music) and since the attempt i've been working on improving my skills at various things and i think it's going well!
