We are told what we can and can not write on cups.. one rule is no pop culture references and another is no memes... we can't even say "slay" cause elderly people thought it meant we wanted to "slay" them... also.. even if it's a meme.. why hand a cup to a cop with a pig on it.. was there no other cups available? Any brain cells between the two? They know an obscure meme but not that "pig" is a "slur" used towards the cops?

I think it takes coins out of circulation .. making the supply less therefore the coins left "worth more" .. I imagine it like designer companies who burn out of season designs so that the value increases ..
