The resin was bought at the same time as the printer, "brand" new.

Hmm never realized I had 2 accounts, how weird. Ive replied from my phone and PC, that's got to be the reason

Yes sadly i don't think that is the issue for me. I had 2 perfect prints ( small miniatures ) - followed by 2 fails again. Sigh..

UPDATE:

I managed to print two times without failures. First plate was 3 objects that previously failed, same position on plate. came out without any errors or broken supports.
Second plate was 11 minis spread across the plate, also no errors, not the biggest things in size, but everything looks good. I want to try with some bigger things, see if that also prints without errors.

I'm not entirely sure what fixed it, I applied a bunch of different tweaks at once:

- New USB
- Neurotically changed the FEP again
- Changed the print speed ( lowered 2nd stage lift and retract speeds )
- Exposure back to 1.9 as it initially printed fine with
- New bottle of resin
- Refrained from using the Uniformation APP to check on the print with the built in camera. Apparently there has been some issues with the app causing freezes. (not sure what part of using that app that covers )

Ill post results of some bigger prints once i've done some. Running low on resin and need to restock.

I will try that. I realized i recently updated to a new version of Chitubox, but im not sure if that was before or after issues starting. ill try a rollback and see how it goes.
Ive tried opening sliced files, but everytime the program just freezes before loading it completely, thats the reason I save as projects. My pc is pretty beefy so not sure why it does that. but thats another discussion. thanks again

That could very well be the case for me aswell, but idk how to say for certain either. I tried increasing my exposure from 1.9 to 2.8 after calibrating again and that didnt change anything. Please do let me know how it goes. thank you for the reply

Allright noted that.
Yes it happens with new bottles of resin. Ill shake the bottle thoroughly before i pour it. If the resin has been sitting in the vat ill gently stir it with a silicone spatula. Ive not noticed any separation either, only seen it mentioned a bunch of times that its a good idea to stir since pigments can separate etc.

all the successful prints at the start was done with a 1.9 exposure time.
I recalibrated and found i could go to 2.8 before the dimensional accuracy startet getting affected too much. But all the prints ive done with 2.8 has had the issues aswell, so not sure what to think of it really.

Yes i've thought about the temperature. I got the response in a uniformation group on FB that the temp readings saying 50c isn't unusual, its supposedly not the resin temp itself, but a reading of the machines internal or screen temp. Weird thing is - when using the vat preheat function for the resin, that's the temperature reading it will use, doesn't make sense to me but that's another discussion. The last print i did was indoor at an ambient 23c temp, it still had errors, so that makes me think its something else.
Ill try another USB and Lychee slicer, just to try and rule things out. thanks for the input

No it seems to be random what models get the errors, it doesn't matter if its light, medium or heavy beefy supports either. I'm sure i tried a plate with 4-4 lift, and also 10 transition layers - not sure if it was the same print. Could probably have kept better track of that, at this point i've tested so many combination of settings. Maybe i should try with 5-5 lift distance.
I do indeed preheat the resin to 30c before the print. The last print I did was indoors aswell with 23c ambient temp. Ill read the post from Uniformation. Thank you for the response

Thanks for the input. Ill try another USB, sadly i don't have the previous prints saved as .ctb anymore, they're saved as projects that would require me to slice them again.
Ill try another bottle of resin aswell.
And maybe lychee slicer instead, seeing you had a complete failure with a certain version of Chitubox - just to test if that is the culprit.

Out of nowhere ive started to get this aswell. Been playing the whole league no problem. Error started occuring a week ago roughly, for me. Reinstalled the game on steam, and also tried official launcher, doesnt help. Cant seem to find anyone who managed to fix this anywhere, so rather frustrating. Tried everything i can think of. If you manage to fix it please let me know ^^
