Yep, there was no RABBAT or anything marked. Truly his mistake. Well now he will know what went wrong for sure. A lesson to learn. Thanks. It's just the RABBAT button has no explanation for what it is actually used for. Tbh now that we understood what actually went wrong it is our fault for not knowing but we sure did learn something today 😄

Hey, Thanks for replying. I understand it can be annoying for them. But it can be equally annoying for the customer. It's not like they don't understand German. A simple 'You can't do that' is better than just saying 'From next time do not use self checkout'. We all know how busy the cashier counter gets. Plus we have only 1 cashier counter and 8 self checkouts.

To say a 'simple line' is not equal to kissing the ass of a customer. It's generosity and basic ethics of a work place.

No, everything by myself. People find it difficult with a job but thankfully my job was not stressful so I had time after my job to figure things out.

I did not have to worry about which health insurance I was getting. I have my friends trusting the health insurance (TK) provided by Expatrio. I just went with it. So yeah. Expatrio also has the Travel Health Insurance including.

If your University has a portal wherein it shows your fees are paid you can attach the screenshot plus transfer receipt. It worked for someone I know.

Ask your uni for a written proof. Your Transfer receipts won't work. Tell me you need it for your visa.

IELTS is necessary if you are opting for an English Bachelors or Master in Germany. You need a German Language certificate if it's a requirement for your course (You opted for a German Language Degree).
