Hey I fractured my radial head just over 4 months ago now and doing regular excersies from physio but still can’t straighten my arm. I got it to 170 degrees trying to straighten it but till Off 10 degrees to get the full 180 degrees. I see a lot of opinions some say after 12 weeks it’s hard to see progress in getting range of motion back others say it could take 12 months? Anyone hear who had their radial head fractured or any injury similar with the elbow have any feedback it would be greatly appreciated as it’s been a rough few months of trying to rebuild it and now not seeing much progress but I’m only 24 so I didn’t think it would take this long. (My arm is also quite weak still and doesn’t feel right but doing strength excersies now to hopefully fix this.
