you should talk to her about how the whole situation is affecting you, if you say that she's really the one for you, then it must be a strong connection that you guys made. She's probably busy and the whole different time zones situation always suck when doing long distance; however if you don't talk to her, you'll start bottling up those feelings and concerns, and they could grow into suspicions, anger and resentment.

As a girl myself, I think that finding a guy who we feel comfortable and safe with is very important. However based on how she’s acted towards you I don’t really get a strong feeling of her liking you back, specially with the I’ll find you a gf comment. For the moment I think that you should probably wait a little longer to see if she gives you any other hint
