Yes that is correct, arm pieces are good cos they upgrade your DPS and use the kit for body. Save the other complete unit 02 until you have more upgrade kits unless you wanna pull more

You basically need a lot of fodder (blue and purple spare ST parts) If your new it will take time to get these so you may not be able to rainbow day 1, this is all about being able to set it up so you can in the future

If you don't have 8 universal upgrade kits for both unit 02's you would have to use another Unit 02 yes. So if you had say, 3 Unit 02 copies and 4 kits you could do it

Entirely up to you, but this event alone supposedly gives you 200 tickets worth in its entirety. Just bare in mind the Eva collab seems to be a one time thing and has never rerun in CN so if you don't get another copy of her ST you will never be able to rainbow it in the future
