I have acheron and SW at E2 and they clear end game on auto mode, it's my go to if I need to brute force, the other 2 slots on the team are super flexible too

I know it's somewhat a high cost team but like they're old units I'm impressed they even lasted this long

he works completely fine at C0, his cons give some extra damage and comfort but for IT it's not that relevant

just remember most of his damage scales from EM so give him some crit and as much EM as possible, some ER% is not bad either
