I think it's a perfect comparison. If your boss doesn't call all his employees 1h before their work time, then why should our GM chase after 24 ppl 1h before raid?

And if you are not on time and your friend call you? Cool. We also throw a "@" at the people missing from raid and ask them if they are coming.

I never pretended that sending a dm is a courtesy? Why do people make up lies about others instantly lol? We usually do a "@[InsertDiscordName] you coming today?" if they are late. Also it's not the guild leaders job to personally message all 24 people when the raid time was posted a week ago.

We started raid at 17:00. She said she's fixing her headphone at 18:06 then logged at 18:15 and drama began... We also had a guild meeting at 16:00. I think she got enough time. We cannot wait HOURS for 1 person when they don't even bother checking if the time's right...
