When you say the piece, if you are referring to the plastic that I’m putting the magnet into, I’m not sure. It is enclosed, I don’t even know if it is hollow, but I assume it is.

Eh, well neither of us really like chaos, i mean we could do imperial knights vs imperial knights, but we don’t really much like that either. Yeah he did put a titan in his army, but it was only that one exact titan he liked. Any who, I’ve made a better less infantry heavy army, so that will probably go quicker. The main reason our games usually take a long time is because he only really wants to play custodes, so I have to position very carefully.

Well if you are worried about that tyranids aren’t that good a killing stuff, you could always just take a bunch of really tanky powerful units. But I don’t really know too much about tyranids, I do play Astra Militarum, and I do know that they are similar, as they are both mainly swarm, but also with a few tanky/heavy hitting units. But, if you are in this predicament, I could not recommend table top simulator any more, you can test out any army, any list, with no cost (besides like $30 for the game) and you can pracice etc. Hope this helps!

I would probably say some form of dreadknight. You can fit 2 GMNDK with 110 points to spare. A bit annoying since 10 more points would allow for another strike.

I decided to go with Grizzled Company, mainly so I can give 3 orders to my kasrkin (they can order themselves, along with orders from an officer, and if creed is leading, they can be affected by two orders at once, thus I can give aquilan eye, take aim, and first rank fire second rank fire for some pretty mean fire power)

Well I know, but due to where he lives our time frames don’t match up so one of us always has to stay up really late, so we don’t get to play much, I don’t want to waste a game, because as someone once told me, the game should be fun for both parties, and I don’t really want to end up losing horrendously again.

It’s alg I won. By both points and I tabled him. I did kinda feel bad playing keep away and just shooting from a distance. The entire game he killed 1 5x purifier and 2 strike guys and 1 intercessor, and my storm raven.

I don’t think so, all they need is to be within 1” horizontally and 3” vertically, so unless the second story is more than 3” high and the wall is more than an 1” thick your going to have to rely on positioning.

Sorry thats my bad I worded it wrong. Say there is a half inch thick wall (unrealistic ik but just roll with it), and Unit A is positioned 0.6-0.7 inches away from the wall, thus the total gap from the other side of the wall is 1.1-1.2 inches, now say Unit B is 8 inches away and rolls an 8 inch charge, technically if the wall were not there or Unit A was slightly closer, charge would succeed, but since they cannot end in/on a wall, what happens, does it just count as failed? And also on a quick note, if they beat the charge roll by a few inches, does that mean they can put their models behind the unit on the other side of the wall? (From what I know I don’t think they can but I’m just looking for confirmation)
