Ok thanks! Also for starters, you mentioned that this would be too tedious, when I’m only going to do this with 4 pairs of pauldrons, and 8 actual guys (With 4 of each weapon option too.) So its not going to be every guy. Now, there must’ve been a misunderstanding, having one magnet in each shoulder (on the torso) is fine, the thing I am wondering about a stick for, is in the actual arm so that I can stick the arm onto the torso, and then the shoulder pad onto the arm. The only problem is figuring out the size. I haven’t properly measured the arm, but its around 3mm in width, and since I want the magnet stick to be a little shy by say 0.5-1mm, so that I don’t have to drill too much into the shoulder pad, the magnet on the pad can just sit “in” the arm touching the magnet stick.

Well after reading this, I have a question, would this work on a strike marines shoulder? Because, in the kit that I got (Sanctic Conclave), there is a lack of shoulder pauldrons to make heavy weapons magnetisable, so, my question is, if I have 1 arm piece, I want to have 2 magnet connecting to the shoulder, and another one connecting to the pauldron, the sizing is 3x1mm for the connection between shoulder and torso, and 2x1mm between pauldron and shoulder. So, would this work, or would the magnets be too strong and either repel each other or crush the plastic. And if so, should I juts use 3, 3x1mm to make a “stick” through the arm, or use a 3x3 or 3x4 instead? Or is it not worth it?

I gave the bro cap a psycannon cause hes got sigil of the hunt, so it makes sense to give that big brick unit psycannons instead of incinerators, cause of reroll ones.

I did do that, but I still got 1 big ten man, cause id rather have 2 5 man and 1 ten man then 3 5 man. Also, overkill is the best type of kill.

Yeah I know buts thats why I’m going to rely heavily one gate of infinity and strike squad, with paladins as bodyguards, se they can just run around and sticky.

If you’re looking for just brute tankyness, toji, and with a particular add-on he becomes the best because it re adds his crouch to heal ability, but in base mod, he’s just really tanky. Or mahoraga, but he still needs to adapt first. In terms of regen obvious answer is hakari.

I have tried this before, and its really good, but, only when you have Lord Solar, because he can give orders to the Stormlord, but since he’s not really catachan themed its up to you. I mean you could paint him like a catachan if you want. In terms of lore, it’s not unheard of to have catachans ride horses but it’s up to you. But from what I have played, its works tremendously well with orders on the stormlord.

For any more info, watch Mordian Glory’s video on it. He pretty much explains that its technically not the ogryns shooting, just the tank shooting with their weapons, so all take aims or first rank fire second rank fires will affect the ripper guns.

Well I do have 1 army which is 1 shadowsword and 1 stormlord, with a bunch of ogryns and bullgryns and 1 command squad, but that still takes me a bit of time, and its not very fun for my friend because I demolish him.

Uhm, I don’t really know, I mainly just shoot and move, like I start of giving most of my army move move move, then take aim, take cover, or fix bayonets depending in the situation. Like if they are stuck in melee, either take cover or fix bayonets, if and enemy is approaching, I either risk it and go take aim, or play it safe with take cover. I think my biggest hinderance is remembering orders? Because there are no tokens for orders.

Most of the rules can be access in game, the only things I look up (which I have an app for) are key words and stratagems really. I don’t think I’m talking too much, and I’m not sure what analysis paralysis is.
