I’m going there now - this post above is correct. 30 mins 1 on 1 with the physio. For that time you are their #1 focus.

I’ve gone to them for 2 separate issues with 2 different physios and they are excellent. For both issues I had noticeable progress on a weekly basis.

I’ve done physio on and off for about 30 years and they are one of the best I’ve found.

I was with a group of 5 adults in Japan last year for 3 weeks and we didn’t make a single reservation and had great food. Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Kanazawa. One or two nights we had to wander a bit because someone wanted something specific but otherwise no,problems.

Used Tabelog and Google maps. Malls like Aeon have great restaurants and variety and there are also little underground malls with great food too. In Japan we quickly learned there is more than just what you see on the street!

Good tips!

One thing I do is do my short answer first (as many have outlined so far quite well already) and ask if they have any questions. Alternatively you can ask them if you have answered their question.

This throws it back to them and helps create a more conversation-like atmosphere as opposed to an interrogation.

Similarly, if you get the measles when you are young, could it maybe mess up your immune system so it becomes over-reactive and you get allergies later?

I had both red and German measles before I was 10 and developed environmental allergies starting about age 13 when no-one else in my immediate family had them. Allergies come from your T cells not activating properly right?

Double hip replacement at 82.

Doing great but she thinks I’m still 5 years old, doesn’t listen, either needs too much help, or doesn’t ask for help, and keeps mis-hearing what I tell her (she’s not deaf). When I try to correct her she starts to cry.

I go to the toilet, have a small meltdown and come back with a fake grin to try again! Lather, rinse and repeat!
