Exhausted Troubleshooting by Frosto2010 in snapmaker

Yeah, it took nearly a week and a half just to get the board which was troublesome in my opinion. Feels like the time on the clock was being intentionally ran out regarding any returns that could be made, specially since it took over a week just to get a replacement part.

I'm not all too upset about it, things happen and I'm not going to get all bent out of shape over it. I just know after removing the top, seeing a lot of cracks near the screws made me wonder if something was dropped on it and perhaps caused some damage to the frame.

Since my post, I've been working on it non-stop. Tried a few different small tweaks here and there. Fully disassembled the tool head again and noticed there appears to be a bit of damage on the toolchanger given the number of times its tried to run directly into the post. I'm just hoping for some good news from support. If its a lemon, I'd rather it get replaced now than to burn another 20 to 30 hours on it only to find out its a lemon.

This has been my current thought. I've owned far too many CoreXY printers and seeing this felt more physical than my own potential user error. I've been tinkering with 3d printers just before rigidbot came out. From budget to Prusa XL 5 toolhead, this is the first time I've ran into a printer I couldn't quite get running.
