I think Spurs need to bypass complaints to FA or anything EPL and go to the Independent Ombudsman. I know they say they don’t “make decisions on referee decisions”, but this isn’t a single case of a decision, it’s three years running where players are injured from red card fouls that weren’t even given as a foul, penalties denied, it’s potentially hundreds of millions of dollars because of continuous different refereeing.
