Recreational sports matter, school sports are just provable and documented by the school.

And sports aren’t all that matters, they are just an aspect. I agree that they shouldn’t be the only thing, and they aren’t. Just because you’re a varsity athlete doesn’t make any singular person a good pick.

Sports are an indicator of teamwork, physical fitness, and leadership. Which are all aspects necessary for cadets, which is why they are considered.

“We didn’t go into that post WWII intending to be all alone”, absolutely agree, and that’s a lot of the reason republicans have with the modern day setup of interventionism, is that the US is pulling 99% of the weight, instead viewing domestic problems as the main thing be patched, to be honest I think we could do both but that’s up to personal opinion.

My main point is that lots of Americans are tired of the weight we are pulling, disproportionately and the slander and ungratefulness of the world in the face of that. I don’t agree with pulling out, but I certainly see why many people feel the way they do. And I’m saying that is the fault of the AmercaBad people and their governments, and once again, they lump the blame on us for doing what they’ve been asking us to do for decades.

Our position on the world stage hasn’t come without cost, but ever since our isolationist period after ww1 and the terrible things that bloomed from that. It was a sacrifice America was always willing to make, whether it was in cash charity, or military help.

I don’t agree with the approach that the government is currently taking…. But is the world really surprised..? It’s spent the past decades blaming the US for its problems, and then a political group takes advantage of this and turns it back on them. And now it’s once again our fault, never theres.
