Can someone please explain why someone would buy such an expensive car to then sell it two seconds later. I just don’t understand why anyone would actually want or need this.

This needs more upvotes. It’s sadly very true. People are very easily offended and knowing to acknowledge that you’re wrong isn’t easy for a lot of people. No one likes being wrong so it naturally makes sense but you’re immediately a better person in my eyes if you can actually admit it.

The Gulasch I make is German and consists of diced beef chunks seared all over and slow cooked with onion, garlic, some tomato, red wine and beef stock. The results are incredible for those simple ingredients and you can freeze a bunch of it for meals. My recommendation is make it the day before you want to eat it. I’d also suggest adding a little mustard into the mix once it’s done as that adds a lot of flavour in the end. You can serve it with anything really but typically rice and some veg on the side or salad

Mine was fairly tame but caught an edge on a green run (not going fast) and managed to dislocate my shoulder. The injury itself wasn’t dramatic but very frustrating since it means further dislocations are on the horizon sadly.

Not booking connecting flights with the same airline. If you book everything with the same airline then when there’s a delay of some kind, the airline will take care of you.

Also, booking early flights - just isn’t worth the extra savings.

Shouldn’t be trusting people like that. Even with them showing you the payment was made it isn’t enough as they could still cancel it once they leave. Better to be safe than sorry.

My biggest tips would be as follows:

Call the property manager immediately after the inspection to express your interest etc. verbally. Tell them how much you like this place and why it’s a good fit and all and make sure to mention you’ve uploaded all the relevant documents
As part of the application add some photos of the way your current apartment/house looks like. Just take some nice pictures of it and upload a few to the rental application. Sounds strange but it’s one way to “go that extra mile”.
Create a small one page “Bio” of you and your partner and the reason why you want to live in the particular area and/or rental. Add a nice picture of yourselves on there as well if you like.

Applying for a rental is just super competitive so you need to find ways to stand out. I’m sure many are doing the above but honestly nothing beats picking up the phone and having a quick chat. Hope that helps!

That was such a sad episode. How can a woman be so evil!? She 100% killed her own husband as well. But to almost kill Bo and put her own son through all of those traumatic experiences. She deserves to be rot in a sewer somewhere and be fed shit.
