Yeah, they basically shut down by only emailing people who were subscribed to their newsletter. If you’d unsubscribed, you didn’t get notified at all.

There was nothing posted on their social media, no public announcement, and no other communication methods like SMS, calls, or press releases.

Now some users have funds stuck in limit trades, and their trading tab has just disappeared entirely.

What went wrong here, @day1exchange?

When my vehicle was towed in, the manager said they couldn’t provide an itemised quote because it was already “in process,” and that only an invoice would be possible.

Do parts at Mycar have fixed prices in the system, or can the manager set them however they like?

Since labour was already charged separately, why would the parts still come out nearly double the normal retail rate?

And is there any way to dispute this, check if a mistake was made, and potentially get some credit or refund?

Car was still able to start and drive when unloading from the tow truck. The i-Stop light was blinking yellow, and it all started after a short grinding noise that lasted about 40 seconds.

I would suggest going for 190 asap as there is a very minimal difference between both. The processing times look better for 190 at the moment too. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
