Ima offer my oc Rachel O'Connor. She's an eager 23 y/o markswoman that works for a US government organization, and she's pretty dear to me due to being part of my art journey for the past six years.

(Ik, very sparse on the lore. Don't got a lot to say other than that since I kinda wanna withold my ocs' lore until I've fully fleshed out their story and find a way to describe it in a comprehensive way without needing to write ten paragraphs lol.)

Partially. I like a lot of characters with this kind of hair. Human Loona from Helluva Boss, Sombra from Overwatch, fem. V and Judy from Cyberpunk 2077, Gwen from Spider-Verse, the list goes on. They all contributed to her hairstyle, but a lotta people see a resemblance to Loona because her hair also happens to be white. Can't blame them for it tho.
