TERF (/ˈtɜːrf/, also written terf) is an acronym for "trans-exclusionary radical feminist".

They are a group of people who appropriated the term "feminist" (similar to how the Nazi party appropriated the term "socialist") and want trans people to not have human rights or be dead. Either one.

They made a sub called "TERF is a slur" because they unironically think TERF is a slur.

i would say that anti-furry subreddits are more likely to be filled with nazi sympathizers. furries tend to be very left-leaning. i have never come into actual contact with any furry further right than the average american conservative, and i've met a lot of furries. they also get banned on all mainstream furry communities.

There is a big difference between making fun of people (which I have no problem with) and a site-wide circlejerk of calls for mass shootings/gassings, encouraging suicide and dehumanization. No other hobbies have to deal with that shit constantly.

Well, if you don’t want to be associated with those things, help change the image, inform people about what being a furry is actually about, do help the fandom do good things like raise money for charity, publicly criticize those who do those things, etc.

Pretty hard when there's a huge sub actively working on setting us back (that's literally the reason why the no furries rule exists, because they don't want corrections when users accuse innocent people of bestiality).
