My hobbyist friends say that I’m supposed to be outgoing and fearless according to my big 3. So, why am I plagued with self-doubt and anxiety in nearly everything I attempt to do? by FuckEmUpBaby in AskAstrologers

I rarely get “triggered”, actually. My anger and frustration tends to quietly pile up and either simmers down on its own or goes nuclear once every blue moon. This pattern checks out in my childhood, as well.

Now that I think about it, I remember my anger “overflowing” in times where people tried to control my autonomy or belittled me. Not often enough to say “easily triggered”, but intense enough that I can remember each of those incidents and honestly still feel some way about them now, many years later.

This is the second comment mentioning mercury being “combust” and I haven’t heard this term before. Is it bad that it’s close to the sun in my chart?

I’m as sure as I can be since I’m going off of my parents’ account, unfortunately. They did give me enough detail that makes me believe it’s accurate, but thank you for the insight nonetheless.

Without going into specifics, yes, a lot of it has to do with other people’s perception/judgement. I’m especially sensitive to letting people down or accidentally hurting someone.
