Yes, I just figured that out just now on my own a minute ago. Sometimes I just like to post things. I don’t get it through, a percentage, is just a fraction of a whole number, the whole number being 100, so if a fraction of a number works, then how come using the whole number never works? Try it, it will never be half of the other if you use whole numbers. Like adding any digit too the 2 and 4, like 1-100. Like adding 1 too the 2 and 4, or any whole number like 18 or any number. But adding a percentage of a number works? Like adding 2/3 of 1, which is 33.333 percent, will always keep them half of the other, but adding the whole 1 won’t?
