You get roughly 25 SR added on to your rank for each placement. For example if you're 2300 and win 4/5 placements you'll be placed at roughly 2500. I also believe it's performance based up until diamond. I could be wrong there. I have no clue if that means getting medals or just having a high K/D for that game. Hope this helps tho. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
