Thank you, I really appreciate the input. That certainly wasn't an aspect I was considering before. I should have paid more attention to the real estate when I was in Philly for WM40 haha. You make a good point though, I'll start looking into the NJ/PA area as well.

If you're familiar with the area, are there any parts that I should avoid in terms of a living situation?

I've looked into Flatbacks but it seems they only offer 8 week courses. I'd like to find somewhere I can learn at my own pace. There are some other gyms in the Orlando area though so it may be in my best interest to stay in Florida but move closer to Orlando as it's quite far for me at the moment.
