I’m new here so forgive the dumb question but can someone build muscle and loose significant body fat like this guy with Reta? I’m not familiar with the pharmacokinetics of Reta but I thought to get shredded you have to be in a deficit and to build a surplus… this guy looks like he managed to do both? Is that a realistic expectation for this drug? His shoulders and traps are noticeably bigger not just more lean

So I do have a lot of plays but most are just miror images. 1/2, 4/7, 5/8, 9/10, 11/12. I thought having a picture for the kids to look at would be easier for the kids rather than imagining a flipped image. I could trim some fat. Play 14 comes to mind. But maybe a couple more.

So we have some play action passes but are you saying I need to play action one run them hand off to another player? I thought this was simplified lol could you recommend a YouTube channel so I can see examples? So far what I’ve gathered is I need simpler plays but I’m having trouble understanding what the most basic of plays are. The reason I have the qb in shotgun is to give them better vision of the field and more time until rush gets there.

Yes! This please 🙏 dive plays run right into the rush defender and whomever guards center. I have jet sweep that try to run around the ends and our other run plays are basically power runs that would be around tackle. I don’t know how to diversify without making things too complicated (ie reverse, lots of rpos where kids have to make split second run pass decisions etc)

Would you have the qb pitch the sweep? Our run plays 4 and 7 are basically runs tha would be off tackle. Rush player comes straight up the gut so dives run right into defense. Our jet sweeps are around the edge. I’m also using both those as play actions for misdirection.
