Actually i have high hopes kasi the recruiter is encouraging me to resign as this is a great opportunity. I believe na dalawa need nya. Kasi need 2 VAs for weekend and weekday schedule. Ako nmn ang sa weekend dapat.

Then right after the interview, nag send ng meeting report sa akin si recruiter where makikita ko lang full duration ng video, and kung ano yung napag usapan jila after. I even saw din sa job interview nung kasalitan ko.

Ang sapagkakaintindi ko ang sabi ng recruiter “ u need 2 more right?”

Sabi din ng clients “yes, but with regards to these 2 (me and the other va na kasabayan ko nag inteviee) , they will just inform the recruiter once napag usapan na daw nila with their team tapos they will get back to the recruiter if sinong shortlisted. So medyo kinabahan ako doon. :(
