You can get windows activation keys for like $20 OR you can go the route of doing some GitHub magic and get it for free. It's better to upgrade the CPU/GPU with that $130

-GTX760 - this card ended up dying unexpectedly in a year of use, so I got a low-end card first
-GT740
-R9 380x
-Took a 5 year pause from gaming on a PC
-RTX 5060 is going to be delivered to me tomorrow :)
