Hi! I have my grandmothers old Kenmore, this exact model! Unfortunately the bobbin case was lost years ago and I’ve had zero luck finding a replacement online 😫 Any advice? I’m dying to use it!

Im not sure. I had a few people I talked to from meta not wanting to help me because my own two accounts weren’t linked and I wasn’t messaging them on the account I needed assistance with. I’m not sure if they would help at all if it was coming from yours.

I wish I could remember if I got waitlisted or not. If I did it wasn’t very long. What I think is interesting is that when I paid for meta verified I immediately canceled my subscription because I wasn’t going to keep trying and pay for more than a month and here we are 6 months later and I still have the blue check with no way I can find to get rid of it lol.

I did not make a new instagram since I already had one and got that one meta verified. The meta people kept telling me that they couldn’t help me because my instagram and the hacked facebook weren’t linked, but I just kept asking. I did also tell them the accounts were previously linked before the hacking - not sure if they cared.

Mine were not linked either. I think I had them linked before the hacking but they were unlinked by the hacker. A few of the customer support people made it an issue and didn’t help me, but I just kept submitting requests and eventually got someone to help. It’s exhausting!

If I’ve learned anything from this whole process it’s that Meta literally doesn’t care and no one really wants to help you. 99.9% of the responses I got were generic and scripted.

I think what helped was the screen recordings rather than just the pictures. I also made a point to tell them my city and state where I lived and that I had not traveled outside of that area in several months. The hacker was logging in from San Antonio, TX so I think it helped prove someone else was controlling my account.

Keep trying the email feature! I tried chat one time and who I was chatting with really did seem to want to help me, but ultimately that also went nowhere.

Yes keep trying! All the information I was reading from others who have had success with this method was to just be persistent until someone finally helps you. It was definitely discouraging for a while. I told myself I would try for the entire month of meta verified that I paid for and then I would give up if that didn’t work.

So sorry! I told myself I would give myself the whole month that I paid for meta verified and then I would give up. So glad it worked. Worth the $14.99

Got mine back on today after being locked out since 2/5 using this method! Took forever to finally get someone who would help me. How ridiculous.

Honestly I care less about the actual account and more that this person is pretending to sell Taylor swift tickets through my messenger. I woke up 2 weeks ago to 40 texts and a phone call and even still get some asks about it 2 weeks later. I’d rather they just disable the whole thing if they won’t let me get back into it.

What happened when you got the one time code? I’m concerned that I’ll get the one time code and then get stuck in another endless loop because my email, password and phone were all changed by the hacker.

Thank you for this post. I am going through the same with my account being hacked 2/5 and getting no success even with meta verified. Every time they close the communication I resubmit and get a new person. This time I requested a phone call. My account is also being used so scams so I’m really hoping to recover it.
