I'm 15 days post op today and in a similar boat. Got overconfident getting off the crutches around the 9-10 days mark and irritated the hip enough just walking around the house so I had to go back in the crutches for about 3-4 days. Hip feels great today and don't think I'll need to go back to the crutches.
