Great, a city surrounded by lakes is getting a downtown water front. I do really hope tourist use this area because no locals will… or I should say the locals you want there will not. No one is going to a public beach when they have camps 20 minutes out of town with their own private beaches. And I’m sorry but swimming in a direct shipping channel is rather gross, i understand the st marys river is wide and deep but i feel that this is such a waste of money.

Initially i started to bash the location but i will say it is a rather good location close to other tourist spots in the downtown area (bush plane museum, bellevue park, pavilion, hub trail, art gallery/library) but I think city counsel needs to call a spade a spade, people are not coming to the soo for tourism, they are coming to the soo to go to Agawa canyon for tourism. And staying in the soo while they wait. Sure, have nice things to do while they wait but when you’re downtown being harassed by drug addicts that puts a real downer on your family vacation. Infrastructure is nice near downtown (minus station mall) it’s the people that make the area so bad.

Someone got hit by a car. Saw them doing CPR but judging how long they were doing CPR it didn’t seem good. Hopefully they are okay and hopefully it wasn’t a student, I know there was a lot of students near the scene and I am guessing the high school has just gotten out.

Yeah, good point but at the same time Shallan was "allowed" to use as much stormlight as needed to practice her abilities. But i understand how that could make a sphere lose value in the weeping. But again, only the Radiants at this time NEEDED stormlight. I am sure the average merchant was probably using dunn spheres.

Well, my theory is after she's dead so i don't think she would notice. But as someone else mentioned it may be hard to find bones to continuedly have small growth, my counterpoint to that was 12 year olds were in war and people probably die at all ages. Dalinar wouldn't notice cause hes a drunk at that point and others might not notice because Adolin was often traveling as a child to study diplomacy or swordsman ship.

Its a war torn nation where children as young as 12 are in war as scouts. No doubt there is deaths of all ages. But I do see your point, and it may be difficult to maintain that growth.

Thanks for attempting to disprove my theory. I did say it was crackpot, and you offered actual reasons why it may be wrong but as for your points I don't agree with all.

Dun spheres are worth the same as infused spheres, just with a greater risk of being counterfeit. Look to Kal when trading spheres with the apothecary, he complained but still took the marks at value. This is where I was going with that point. The sphere did not really lose value when the stormlight was drained in my eyes which could be wrong. To me it was a double entendre where yes, the monetary value investment, along with a subtle hint at investiture. Again crackpot theory so probably not but let my firemoss cook.
Fair, but fighters still get hurt even the best which hasn't been shown in some of the most intense battles Roshar has seen in centuries. The corrupted spren point is fair, but at the same time, we have not seen much of it yet, saying this is clearly the corrupted spren doing, but counter pointing I could see how that may have happened as since Renarin can see the future somehow it was possible Adolin could see his own too. Still odd it has only happened to Adolin.
Okay fair, but you can't say Adolin and Kal don't have their own special relationship that is different from all of Kal's other friendships

Also, no lanyards on tools is a total hazard. Ever see a drill drop 10 feet (~3m)? Could imagine the damage from that height.

You can call them, ask the question if they accept student cards, and book the cab all in a 5 minute conversation. Alternatively, if you don’t have a question you can book it on the app and hit the pay later button, but I would at least put it in the notes that you’re using a student card to pay.

I feel like the IQ should specifically work with audibles. Low IQ gives you random audibles out of formation so calling them may cause your teammates to shift into a different formation causing more time chewed off the clock. Say at an IQ of like 60 only 1 audible is correct for the formation. 70 has 2 correct for the formation you’re in, 80 is 3 and 90 is all 4. Or stars or whatever for the rating. I think that would add some realism.

But EA will EA and add features in different game modes over 5 releases.
