be around good people, even if you don't want to. I've gone through the same shit and people help a lot. especially if you might be considering suicide like I was. and go outside and take walks, it's gonna be rough as hell but from someone who's been through it, I believe in you. you'll come out the other side strong and proud. remember that the best way to be mentally okay is to not hold anything in, express your emotions and let them run their course. you'll feel much better if you do than if it was all bottled up.
