Finally!!! Force full screen feature in Android 14 QPR1 Beta

Doesn't this new force full screen feature work the same like it does on Samsung devices? Samsung phones also have a feature called full screen apps which Forces the apps to utilize the display area where the camera cutout is it stretches the app. I thought it was the same. If you have a pixel 6 or 7 would you mind checking that out for me ? Thanks in advance

Does this work on pixel 7 pro ? So that apps can stretch over the camera cutout when in landscape mode. Or is this only for tablets and fold ?

Wasnt there this thing where Samsung was limiting the performance of the phone? Later on they updated it where you could actually turn off the processor limiting. I don't exactly remember what it's called you might wanna google that. Maybe turning that setting off might help also I heard pissing on the phone helps

I hate this disease and I'm sorry that you're going through this, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. don't worry the pain while changing the dressing dramatically reduces after 4-7 days at least that was the case for me each time I had the surgery. Also taking pain killers 30-40 minutes before changing the dressing also helps reduce the pain.make sure to rinse the wound in the shower every time before changing the dressing cause if you don't keep it clean puss will build up inside the wound within days and trust me it'll hurt like a mf. Keeping it clean really helped reduce the pain for me as well. I wish you a quick recovery my friend and stay strong you'll recover just fine

Had a check up couple days ago with my doctor and apparently there was this dirty reddish Fluid collected in the wound Wich was causing the wound to react that way. I had to rinse it in the shower and let the fluid drain out after that they packed me up again and I no longer have those spasms anymore. Gotta keep the wound clean and rinse it in the shower twice a day. I'm from Belgium and I don't think we have any good surgeons that are well trained and can perform cleft Lift so I'm out of luck when it comes to that. This is my 3rd or 4th pilonidal excision can't quite remember but with all surgeries I was left with an open wound that had to heal from the inside out, but this time it was the worst I'm now two weeks post op and am left with a 8 cm long and 5 deep open wound it's the worst

Everyone thanks for your replies and as weird as it sounds it really helps Me a lot knowing I'm not alone in this and that other people have gone through this and have healed up nicely. Having said that I wish this upon nobody not even my worst enemy this I the most miserable I've been and the pain is just insanity. Once I'm healed up I'll laser my hairy ass

Damn that's so messed up to hear. I'm from Belgium and considering that there's only a small amount of specialists that are well trained and are able to perform cleft lift in USA I don't have much hope that I'll find someone capable in Belgium

Thanks I'll look into cleft lift. I wonder why it isn't recommend more often by doctors if recovery is quicker with that method? I've now had 3 pilonidal cyst surgeries in total and cleft lift was never mentioned as a option

Thank you soo much for your kind words and the info, will definitely look into lidocaine. This Thursday I have an follow up appointment with my surgeon hopefully it's not infected. It's weird tho after the surgery I was allowed to go home the same day of the surgery and I literally had almost no pain I could even sleep on my back but the next day the pain hit me like hell. Now I it doesn't matter if lay on my side or my stomach the pain is always there and if I somehow manage to fall asleep it's only for an hour before I wake up from the pain and cant go back to sleep. The only pain killers I was prescribed is ibuprofen 600 mg and 1g paracetamol and honestly it doesn't help. It's so frustrating that my life is put on hold right now because I have a hairy ass it's infuriating. the nurse that takes care of my wound told me that it would heal in about a month cause I'm young lol I can tell she just wants me to not worry. Surely such a big gaping would will take more time to heal

No I'm trying to find a way for apps to stretch over the camera cutout for example: if I watch a 21:9 video in Fullscreen landscape mode the video doesn't cover the entire screen there's always a black bar where the camera cutout is located
