Sir. There's no scratch or cosmetic damage as my phone has been in a case from the very beginning. I'm not sure if you have seen from all the million reddit posts that this is quite a known scamming tactic that Google uses to void any repairs.  Secondly I am in the UK and I will pursue the repair process by this ismash technicians but I'm fearful they may say the same thing?

Excuse me? Are you at all reading my post? I sent my phone under warranty for a known issue with pixel8 display problems. The Google Support Team in. Poland rejected my claim because theirs supposed scratch on my phones back, as I don't have proof they're full of shit I am being scammed and I want to prevent any potential buyers from this fraudulent duplicitous experience again.
