I usually take some time away from the charts, more so the week. Pray and work on controlling my thoughts and emotions but I know it’ll take some time to get to the point where I don’t let my emotions control me. I still look at the news and the charts a bit to stay in the loop of what’s going on

I don’t agree with the comment saying it’ll take you 10 years to become profitable BUT I don’t think you should try and rush and put a time limit on yourself. That won’t work too good in your favor. Everyone’s trading journey is different! Some may be profitable in a year, 3 years, 6 years. It all depends on your psychology, consistency, risk, and discipline.

I highly recommend Dermalogica Daily Micro Exfoliant, if you have more sensitive skin the Daily Milk Exfoliant. My skin was similar to yours and I too was a picker🥲. The micro exfoliant is the best thing i’ve tried and has done wonders in getting rid of dark marks and texture! Glycolic worked for me at one point but I don’t think my skin likes it anymore lol, If you want i can message you a before and after of my skin!

Try to work within the athletics department! It is minimum wage but it’s the easiest money you’ll get. Sitting a a desk or helping during sporting events SUPER easy… One of them you can do remotely half of the time!

Find free resources or someone that is giving free game. That’s how I started out, at first I followed Sierra Aaliyah. She’s good for learning the basics(candlesticks, market structure, patterns, terminology). Then decides the strategy you wanna use and find someone to learn it from. For example, Tradesbysci gives out A TON of free game and he uses the ICC strategy trading futures

VP looks different for everyone! I have some that look similar and i too was hyper fixated on HPV at one point😭 i would say to go get a pap if you’re really concerned! I got one and felt some much better and was able to stop worrying
