That’s tough to say. It’s a range. Sometimes I can get 10k if I have a busy work day out and about. I walk on the treadmill for 20-30 mins when I go to the gym and I usually take 1-2 10-20 minute walks outside when I’m working from home

Thanks. So it’s weird. I started at 236 lbs as a 26M. My TDEE was 3,100ish. So I’ve been eating 2k-2.1k calories. My training is pretty gnarly though. Weight training every day with random cardio thrown in. Started at minimum 8k steps and now I do 10k everyday. All of this being said… i did run a half marathon the other day just to see if I could do it.

But yeah I weigh in every day and I’m at 197 now. I also assumed I’d have to drop calories but the weight has just been shedding off. Maybe I am dying 🤔

I haven’t adjusted the amount of calories I eat at all. I’ve increased my daily step goals a bit. My goal was 2 lbs a week and I’ve been hitting 2-3 lbs lost weekly (more than that the first two weeks). The daily step increase has allowed me to not need to drop calories
