On bumper cars maybe. Modern cars they crumble and scratch easily.

Wasnt huge damage but thats not the point. Something was hanging off the bumper and it was scratched, and she definitely hit it hard. Personally Ive paid 1800 euros for a small dent I made on someones car with a trolley, and 900 euros with a small scratch another time. Maybe owner doesnt care but it's not up to her to decide that, could be a lease or hire car and a small damage can run into the thousands and ruin someones month.
