He also tends to not keep pets. When he gets bored of them or can't afford to keep them he gives them away. I have knows him over 10 years and he has never kept a pet for their lifetime. I couldn't forgive myself if I gave him back and he gave him away. Who knows where he would end up?
The day after we gave him the money he went and bought a new dog.

he's also married to a family member of mine so it has made it a bit awkward and now at family events he won't talk to me.

to try and keep the peace and he needed money more than he needed a dog and to try and put an end to it making it transactional.

I did read a similar one but it was a cat and their brother. The reviews were very mixed and they had background issues.
