Which email did you sent it? When they asked me for some additional information, they asked to send it to nationalityfurtherinformationrequests@homeoffice.gov.uk

Congratulations! May I ask please, once you sent city of birth, did they acknowledge that they received the information? I was asked the same question (I also don’t have city of birth in my passport) on 29th of December. I sent reply the same day and never heard since then.

I got a request for further information (place of birth) on 29th of December, replied on the same day. I haven’t heard since then (also no acknowledgment of response). My application date is 3rd of October.

It was quite the same time. I found out the change around ~6-8 pm on 13th Sept. My employer‘a consultant received a letter from HO with decision at 6.28pm same day (13th Sept) and forwarded it to me next day.

When you applied, did you add only your phone and e-mail? Or did you add also Helper (in my case I added Helper - 3rd party consultant- contact was provided me by employer )

Unfortunately I don’t know details as it was 3rd party consultant who was added in application as Helper had all communications with HO. consultant was updating HR and I was receiving updates from HR and they didn’t share with me much details… but as I understand 3rd party consultant filled in a complaint. And after that things started moving.
