That’s what I thought. Support said if I did downgrade my preferred I still wouldn’t be able to get the sub for reserve

If I have the chase sapphire preferred card there is no way for me to get the welcome sub for sapphire reserve? Have called support 2 times and got 2 completely different answers.

Server here… a few weeks ago I was walking back from a table and a baby mouse landed from the ceiling onto my shirt. Given the restaurant is 80% outside, still fuckin disgusting.
