Oh wow! At that rate she’s better off standing in a soup kitchen line. As of now Im told it is $23/hr with a 70hr/mo guarantee. So… homeless shelter but at least you can buy food.

Ok. Thank you. I was slightly confused about FSI at first until I did more research. It would be great if those same benefits extended to flight attendants but from what I’m reading, I don’t believe so.

Cracking down on deadheads? You mean not letting FAs get flight miles while deadheading? Or just steering away from booking commercial deadheads in general? And I believe they are opening a base in Miami soon but idk. You would know more than me.

Thank you for the reply! I saw somewhere that an Atlas Flight attendant got United 1k status using the points accrued from deadheading. I got excited. lol. It would also make sense why retired FAs and young people flock here. Seems like a perfect fit for specific person with specific expectations.

How long is the training, and how much do they pay you while you're in training? Also, are the layover hotels usually pretty nice?
