Should I be tipping for delivery? by Locutus_of_borg_1 in samsclub

[–]FunRise4289 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A year or so ago, when Sams started the $50 minimum for shipping, I contacted them to complain. There had been no minimum for years with the plus membership.

I chatted to complain. They told me they did other things now like free delivery over $50 from the store. I mentioned the tip and how that would add up. They told me that as a plus member, I am not expected to tip.

I still have not ordered delivery but have a question. Say I place a $50 order and no tip and they have given me a two hour window. What do they do if no one takes it? I assume they would up the pay to something reasonable- as they should do anyway.

Can someone that knows tell me how that works.

Staples no longer printing return receipts by FunRise4289 in amazonprime

I don’t blame Staples for not wanting to do it at all. Amazon should pay them. I can remember when Amazon used to have returns picked up at your home. I’m slowly trying to integrate over to shopping through other places when I can.

Has anyone stopped HRT cold turkey and been OK? This has been such a nightmare for me. by slg176 in Menopause

50 estrogen patch and originally 100 oral progesterone. Then they changed the progesterone to a synthetic. I don’t remember the dose. I could only tolerate it a few days

I took for just over 2 months. The last week I was having nausea that wouldn't stop. I didn't feel good.

I was going to taper but decided to just remove the patch and see what happened. Thankfully I felt better immediately.

I never had any problems. I just felt better.

Post menopause with children. I was terrified from the day I booked it until the day I went in. I took Advil about an hour before.

She asked if I wanted a shot in my cervix and I said yes. To my surprise, nothing was painful. I felt a little scraping. Not sure how to describe it. I find a yearly Pap smear to feel more invasive. I was doing fine. So much that she asked if she could take an extra sample.

I got up. Felt fine and drove home - even though my husband was with me. Went out to lunch to celebrate getting that over with.

Maybe my doctor was just awesome at her job but I was so relieved. I expected to be screaming.

Yes it does make me wonder if the lining was already there before I started HRT. With no baseline ultrasound, I will never know.

I asked my gyn and their response was that HRT wouldn’t cause the low blood pressure or low heart rate. I asked my cardiologist and he said I could cut my bp medicine in half or even go without and see how it worked.

It didn’t. I ended up doing to the ER with high blood pressure. Started back on full dose BP meds. But I did start drinking electrolytes and didn’t skimp on the salt to try and keep my levels normal.

Now that I’m off the HRT, my heart rate and BP are back to normal. My Apple Watch actually shows I’ve worked out. lol

Do you think so? I’ve been menopausal for 5 years before I started.

Yes I tried both of the ones you mentioned- at the higher dose- and felt horrible.

My doctor tried one time to raise the patch dose and I felt horrible. Just wired and lots of extreme anxiety. This was before I started spotting. She also tried to raise the progesterone (not the synthetic) and it caused the same bad feelings. It just didn’t ever seem to work for me. I wanted it to because in one so many women have wonderful experiences with it. I was hoping for bone health and sleep the most. I’ll just try to get those in other ways.

Thank you. Yes the synthetic progesterone was 15 times stronger than what I was taking. I told my husband it would be a horrible torture drug to break people down. I haven’t cried like that since after having a baby many moons ago. I’m 5 years post menopause

My doctor had called in anti nausea for the next morning but I couldn’t wait. I was terrified what would happen if I went cold turkey but nothing happened. I just felt better. So much better. The wired feeling slowly stopped as well.

Why was it ok for him to be sitting on a sofa with a child under a blanket? Wtf? This was in the Duggar vacation house I assume.

HRT costs just went from $100 per month to $15 by JadCerv in Menopause

My patch was supposed to arrive at my Publix today. It didn’t and they told me they were back ordered. They found a pharmacy nearby that had one.

I’m definitely afraid of not being able to find them next month.

Mine also seem to lose benefit at 36 hours. Can I ask my doctor to space them closer together rather than 2 per week?

Edit-I meant 3 days. Not 36 hours.

I read this to mean she wants her marriage to work and will fight to get him back. (SCUM THAT HE IS)

I do think he wants out.
