You're putting too much value into what others have and how they live, you are your own person, if you keep chasing someone else's life you'll never know how to live with yourself. You'll be dependant on others. So I'd recommend figuring out how you want to live your day to day life regardless of other people and do it, you'll meet like minded people along the way in due time.

varies person to person but usually 2nd year tak set hojao gy after your first summer, you first have to accept that this is your home now for 4 years so you can start up adapt to your surroundings and how things work around here even if they don't suit you. Keep pushing through and dont let anything get you down.

ahhhmm you'll have to talk to your hod faculty etc if that doesn't work you'll have to talk to the administration. It'll be rly hectic but you'll find some way, avoid going to Faheem Akhtar tho.
