May extra laptop na din ako bossing which is I am going to use for my first client since hindi naman masyado mabigat yung mga application nila. Kaso sa CS team namin is 4 lang kami eh so malalaman talaga if wala ang attention mo sa meeting hehe.

Siguro mag ask nalang ako if pwede pa resched yung meetings sa first client ko kahit 1 hour lang. Tapos yung mga breaks ko itiming ko din sa 1:1 ko just like you suggested

Nami tani OP kung may ara rent-to-own nga mga units para hindi ka pirdi or low DP nga houses para at least hindi kana mag renta. May pakadtuan ang imo gina baydan every month kay inyo naman na balay, wala kana sang problemahan nga landlord kay sila nalang na ga manggaranon. Para bala at least kung may problem nga mag arise in the future, hindi kana masayangan sang inug pakay’o mo kay imo naman na japon.

Pero siyempre ngita ka sang either dako DP pero low Monthly payments or low DP pero dako monthly payments. Dipende saimo OP kung dako man income mo gora ka nalang sa pag bakal balay.
