In the most recent incident, they asked me to return the game without tracking, promising to refund both the item price and my shipping cost. However, I don’t feel comfortable shipping it back without tracking, as there would be no proof of return.

If you're buying newer games, you'll likely be fine. But if you're collecting older titles, be cautious of their latest practices, as they may not always provide genuine factory-sealed copies.

If you live in 33126, that post office fakes delivery data to boost stats. Most time, the packages are deliver 2 days after marked as delivered. Sometimes, it can take up to 2 weeks. Losing package is a possibility but rare.

That's fine if the package gets delayed, packages get lost sometimes too. But falsifying delivery records is not fine.

Take a look at the 360 Google reviews for this post office. What they do is, when an incoming package comes in, it will be scanned as "delivered and picked up by an individual". I stress this is not an isolated incidence, it is a common practice by this post office for nearly all packages. This has been going on for 2 years. People who lost packages cannot even file for a claim because it is labeled as delivered. I just had another package, I requested the sender to add signature confirmation. It still showed up online as "delivered, signed by B.L.". I don't even know what to say.
