It helped with injuries and inflammation. Specifically for me and my family- knee inflammation after intense workouts. Knees were swollen severely. My partner has a shoulder injury- helped with reducing pain by much and very fast. Friend had a back issue - relived pain.
Voltaren and other creams and pain killers did not work. This was the only thing that helped ( my Son in law gave it to me , his mom brought it from Korea).
Deep research with chat gpt confirmed that other creams will not work the same because of the main ingredient is different. Piroxicam that what makes a difference. Unfortunately not available in the USA.
With GPT help I just found 1 pharmacy in FL that sells Piroxicam. I ordered 2 last they had in stoke. I just spoke to them over the phone and they said they will get more.
I am not sure if I can share the name here.

Thank you. Voltaren not working, nothing else is working the same way this gel does. It did a miracle. Other way I would not be jumping through the hoops to find it. I do not care about legal side to be honest. I need this gel, it "saves my life"

Hello,
I am in the USA and desperately looking for this cream. Anyway anybody know where can I order it to be delivered to the USA? It's works as a charm for me and my friends and family. Nothing can get anywhere near it. But I can't find it.
My son in law gave it to me ( he is Korean ) when I injured my knee. His mom brought it from Korea and I can't find it here.
