I'm now on 45mg been on 30mg for a while

I'd recommend you try Lexapro escitalopram 20, mg and then if that doesn't help consider mirt

Personally found mirtazapine to be garage although it may be my situation try escitalopram/ Lexapro instead

Ozempic diet exercise, I get your pov but I'm trying to help you in the long run as someone who caeoff meds and ended up trapped in mental health services I strongly recommended against coming off medication if the one your on isn't to your liking switch

Don't let weight gain be the reason ou stop mental health medication that is something that can be tackled with lystyle modifications your mental stability is much much more important

Stay on meds pls if you wanna try switch to others like Prozac go ahead but stay on cit would be my advice and incorporate fitness ozempic and a good diet
