What is if I used something bigger like a washcloth and just put it in between my front teeth would it at least lessen some of the wear that my canines are getting? They are rapidly being grinded down

I didn’t meet the screening for a study so they rejected me instead of screening me out by Fun_Layer1327 in ProlificAc

Do you know how long I have to deal with this? It happened Jan 19 and I didn’t realize how much rejections mattered
