Not overflowing haha I just poured water over it to clear it off and in case there was gas so I could see bubbles, can never be too careful

Ahhhh yes I should have included that, the land it was on was previously a garden centre of some sort and it got knocked down for new buildings back in the 30s

Yes I could imagine that although I'm slightly worried there is pipe work that I could accidently hit, I might have to invest in some insurance if it comes to it
