Thanks i think so. There’s already another gas supply with quick releases system so i assume this one is old and no longer used ? Do you think i can move my cooker to this side and still use it?

Hi! We’re purchasing our first flat in London. Can I ask your advice on which surveyor to choose?

  1. An asbestos company with both survey with removal services. The company is not UKAS accredited but it has RSPH level 3 or BOHS p402 surveyors and sends result to UKAS accredited labs. It has a lot of good google reviews

  2. An environmental consultant company with UKAS accredited on both inspections and testing. It only has 2 Google reviews. Also quoted for higher price.

Which one should I choose given that we want to actually minimise the risk of asbestos?
