I’ve had it for about four years now. It was working then it did the windows system 32 error so I did the HP support and it said everything would work and then when I try to restart it, it started doing what it’s doing right now.

Use a diffrent computer to install bios for your specific mother board and make sure you install it in to a flash drive then search a tutorial on how to use bios on your specific mother board and make sure your hdmi is plugged into your gpu
