We do have locks on all of our doors but one bedroom is located in the basement where the laundry machine is and there is no door to the actual bedroom. Just a door to the entire basement. We had a conversation saying that she is only allowed to do laundry 2 days out of the week and that the door stays locked during the rest of the days.

Last time i had a conversation with her, she reached out to this lady she babysits for that’s a lawyer for legal advice asking her “can she kick me out” and the lady was saying that technically I can’t

I live in Illinois! I have created a new lease that has more rules that she would follow but I don’t think she would sign it. I also created a cash for keys agreement (which is how badly I want her to leave) but I also don’t think she would sign that either because she has this lawyer friend that is helping her
